Winemaking

Prior cold maceration with selected free-run must from low-yield vineyards (~5,000 kg/ha). A mineral, complex white with stone-fruit notes and a silky finish.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow with greenish hints. Aromas of fresh apple, pear and white flowers. Bright acidity, mineral palate and an elegant, persistent finish.

Food pairing

Ideal with grilled fish, seafood rice, soft-rind cheeses and seasonal vegetables.
