This Brut Nature is bottled without dosage, capturing the pure expression of its grape blend. Each vintage is a unique blend designed to highlight personality with freshness, subtlety and a laid-back touch. Tasting notes Pale yellow with a citrus character of lime peel. Aromas of pear, nectarine and subtle flowers that, as they open, give way to green pineapple, mango and herbal notes such as anise and young vine leaves. The palate offers a light, silky foam, a playful, easygoing bubble, medium body and a refreshing finish with a slight astringent touch. Food pairing A versatile, refreshing option: perfect with fish, shellfish, medium-intensity cheeses, preserves, tapas and light seafood dishes.
