Rosé & Cava
The best of both worlds

Cava Cue Rosé
Wine: Cava Cue RoséType: SparklingVariety: Pinot NoirRegion: D.O. PenedèsABV: 11.5% Winemaking Made with organic estate-grown Pinot Noir, hand-harvested and vinified as a pure rosé Cava. Bottled without added sugar (Brut Nature) and aged for a minimum of 15 months on lees, creating a vibrant, elegant sparkling profile. Tasting notes Sight: pale salmon pink with a lively, fine bead. Aroma: intense and fresh, with floral notes of rose petals, soft pastry, hints of white fruit and red cherry skin. Palate: wine-like and balanced, with bright acidity and clean dryness. The foam dissolves on the palate, leaving a vivid fruit memory and subtle floral nuances. Food pairing Pairs beautifully with appetizers, seafood rice dishes, cured meats, white meats, shellfish in sauce, fruit-based desserts and white chocolate with strawberries. Also excellent with oily fish.
